Admittedly, I went into this movie with my dickhead glasses on
My initial reaction to Star Trek Beyond was the absence of the retina burning lens flare.
But that’s why I loved this film. I feel like it’s only achievable to have this sort of ‘take on the world attitude’ in films set in the far past.
